Bliss List

bliss

1. supreme happiness; utter joy or contentment

2. a cause of great joy or happiness

gratitude

-noun

1. the quality or feeling of being grateful or thankful.

“Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.” ~William Arthur Ward

“Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

The idea of the Bliss List is simple. The more gracious we are for what we have, the happier and more dynamic we will be.

The Bliss List will be an open-ended list of things that bring me joy. As I come across those blessings in life that evoke sheer happiness, they will (eventually) be added to the list.

I’d love to know what’s on your Bliss List!
